My name is Meaghan and I help individuals and relationships who color outside the lines of our heteronormative culture in Sonoma County. From the gender spectrum, sexual identity/orientation, kink, and poly relationships, I know that most of what you want to talk to someone about is more vanilla than the other aspects of your life. I want you to bring your anxiety and depression and whatever else into session and know that I will not make it about what is not. Together we will talk about feelings, how you talk to yourself, and explore patterns that are no longer serving you. Therapy is a space where you can bring all the parts of you, and we will explore the pieces that are the real problem, not what others think the problem is in Windsor, CA.
